Big B Beauty Brand Ambassador Agreement

This Brand Ambassador Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Big B Beauty hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and [Ambassador's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Ambassador."

  1. Engagement as Brand Ambassador: The Ambassador agrees to represent the Company as a brand ambassador. In return, the Ambassador will receive a commission of 10% on every sale generated through their unique referral code or link.

  2. Packages and Products : Brand Ambassadors agree to be responsible for ordering their FREE packages once a month. https://bigbanklashes.com/collections/ambassador-packages. 

  3. Commission Structure: The Ambassador will earn a commission of 10% on the total sale amount for every customer who makes a purchase using their unique referral code or link.

  4. Content Creation Obligation: The Ambassador agrees to create and deliver a minimum of two (2) promotional content pieces per month featuring the Company's products. The Company will provide products for content creation, and the Ambassador is responsible for creating high-quality images and/or videos.

  5. Content Usage: All content created by the Ambassador will be the property of the Company and may be used for advertising and marketing purposes. The Company has the right to edit, modify, or use the content as it deems fit.

  6. Bonuses and Rewards: The Company may offer bonuses or rewards to Ambassadors who excel in bringing in the highest sales. The criteria for bonuses and rewards will be determined by the Company and communicated to the Ambassadors.

  7. Exclusive Use of Codes and Links: The Ambassador agrees to share their unique referral code or link exclusively on their personal social media accounts and content created by them. Sharing on any other platform without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

  8. Legal Consequences: Failure to meet the content creation obligation or misuse of the referral code/link may result in legal action and termination of the Ambassador program. The Company reserves the right to pursue damages for any losses incurred due to the Ambassador's breach of this Agreement.

  9. Term and Termination: This Agreement will commence on [Start Date] and continue until terminated by either party with written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in case of a breach.

  10. Confidentiality: The Ambassador agrees to keep all confidential information related to the Company, including but not limited to sales data, marketing strategies, and product information, confidential both during and after the term of this Agreement.

By signing up  for the Ambassador program I acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Brand Ambassador Agreement.
